​Hire Policy
• To hire a wig, you need to fill out an online application form and provide a valid photo ID and proof of address.
• You can choose from our available styles and colours, and we will send you the wig by mail next day recorded delivery Royal mail once booked online
• You need to return it to us using the pre-paid postage bag we provide.
• You can also extend your hire period for an additional fee, or purchase the Wig or topper at a discounted price if you wish to keep it permanently.
• You are responsible for taking good care of the wig while it is in your possession. You should follow our instructions on how to wash, dry, and style the wig properly.
• You should not dye, cut, or alter the wig in any way without our permission.
• You should not share the wig with anyone else.
• If the wig is damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be liable for the full replacement cost of the wig or topper.

Returns Policy
Returns for the UK & International Orders​
You are more than welcome to return your unwanted item(s)! As long as you’re inside the returns period (30 days from receipt of purchase) and all returning items are unused and in their original packaging (still attached to the backboard, with tags on and with hygiene seal still intact if applicable) you’re good to go! To return your items follow the steps provided.
The cost of the return will be at your own expense, the refund will also be minus your original postage cost. You can return this at your local post office to the address below

Misplaced the invoice? We kindly ask that you include a note with your full name and order number. We recommend you keep proof of postage receipt (obtained from the courier service used). Please note Terms & Conditions
All Redo U Hair Care products are non-returnable if the seal is broken due to hygiene reasons.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept back products which have been worn/used or with hygiene seals broken, even if this is to check suitability, unless faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any packing and retaining hygiene seals intact where appropriate.

For this reason, we also reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states “consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons”. If the buyer removed hygiene seals against instructions to the contrary, they are likely to be deemed to have ‘accepted’ the goods and are not entitled to be refunded.
