Final Sale
During the final stages of seasonal sale periods items that are marked Final Sale* aren't eligible for refunds and are none returnable unless faulty.

Offers and discounts
From time to time Redo U will have discount codes available on the site. These will be promoted using site banners and adverts across media channels. Please ensure that any discount code that you wish to use on your order, has been applied before processing your transaction. We will be unable to add discount to an order once the transaction has been processed.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and discounts will not include money off sale (other exclusions may apply). REDO U reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel promotions at any time.

All orders placed eligible to receive the appropriate free gift (whilst stocks last, 1 per order).The gift will be added to your order automatically.
All free gifts are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives or any other gift.

Gift Vouchers
These terms and conditions apply to REDO U Gift Cards purchased via our website https://www.redo-u.com/. By purchasing our Gift Vouchers, you accept these terms and conditions. REDO U reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice.
Our Gift Vouchers may be used ONLY at https://www.redo-u.com/. You can use the Gift Voucher to pay for the full value of order or if your purchase online is not completely covered by the Gift Voucher you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
Your Gift Voucher, your order and payment will be processed by Stripe UK Limited, however your credit/debit card statement will show REDO U.
Stripe UK Limited only accepts credit or debit cards as payment for Gift Vouchers. You need to be 18 years or older, in order to pay with a credit/debit card.
You and/or your recipient’s will receive your Gift Voucher to your chosen email address, immediately after the purchase is complete.
You are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery of the Gift Voucher. If the email address you have provided cannot be confirmed REDO U reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the Gift Voucher.
If you do not receive your Gift Vouchers, please let us know as soon as possible, if you do not receive your Gift Vouchers within 1 working day of making your request, please contact us at eva.redou@gmail.com. ​​​
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Gift Voucher cannot be used, nor can the unused value be refunded.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for further Gift Vouchers.
REDO U, is acting as the party responsible for all personal data that you provide us with. REDO U therefore has a Privacy Policy outlining how your personal data will be processed and protected. You will find our Privacy Policy in full here.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
